Call for feedback on FOOD 2030: Research & Innovation for Tomorrow's Nutrition & Food Systems

On October 12 - 13, 2016, the European Commission’s DG for Research and Innovation and the DG for Agriculture and Rural Development hosted the “FOOD 2030: Research & Innovation for Tomorrow's Nutrition & Food Systems” conference in Brussels. This high level event sought to support the creation of a coherent research and innovation policy framework for Food and Nutrition Security.

If you could not attend the conference, but are interested in the European Commission’s strategy development in research and innovation for Food & Nutrition Security, livestream videos and presentations of the conference are online available. A conference background document, setting out how EU research and innovation policy contributes to the major global challenge of ensuring food and nutrition security, has been published for download.

The European Commission has launched a survey to receive feedback on the conference and/or the conference background document. The survey questionnaire is available here. By participating in this survey and providing contact details, information on future EC workshops, events and expert groups can be obtained.
